Auth0 with JWT drove authentication, and data access was scoped against the token itself at every layer — so what a client could see and do was determined by who they actually were, not by what they happened to navigate to.

A field service company needed their technicians to stop waiting on callbacks from the founder when something broke on a job site. We built an agentic expertise system that put his deep equipment knowledge in the hands of his growing team in real time, on any device, on any job site. The same company needed to make sense of alert data streaming from irrigation equipment made by dozens of different manufacturers, each with its own format. We built the ingestion and normalization layer that turned that noise into actionable signals. It recently caught a leak a client didn't know they had — thousands of gallons a month in Arizona.

A marketplace for beauty and body art professionals needed to be built from scratch because nothing existing fit the model: portfolio and video uploads, space rentals, class listings, job postings, and a personality-based matching layer built on the Big Five assessment that surfaces compatible professionals for consumers and employers. Hundreds of businesses and professionals onboarded in the first market, with national expansion underway.
