Who it's for

Senior hours without a retained agency.

CodaCare is for owner-operators already paying a vendor or agency who need leftover work on founders after a project — monthly hours, not another retainer.

If you want that work off them, this is the monthly lane. Full product builds stay projects.

Already paying a vendor

We take that work off them.

For owner-operators already paying a vendor or agency — the work still sits with you, or with a bench you never meet.

After a project, CodaCare is monthly senior hours so leftover integrations, automation, and small fixes live with founders. Pause when you do not need them. Not another retainer.

In scope

What CodaCare typically covers.

  • Integrations between the tools you already run
  • Automation that removes manual busywork
  • Small features and fixes that unblock operations
  • AI pilots proven on your real data — only when they earn a place
  • Ongoing work you would otherwise keep paying a vendor for
Not in scope

What belongs elsewhere.

  • Full product builds from scratch — those are scoped as projects
  • Retained agency retainers with long lock-in
  • Handing work to a junior bench you never meet
How it fits

Alongside free beta and project work.

Free working beta

When the question is "will this work on our data?", we can start with a free beta under NDA. A proof can lead to a project; CodaCare is the monthly hours after.

Project work

The project takes the big bite — or proves the work is real. CodaCare is the monthly senior hours after that: leftover integrations, automation, and follow-on work you would otherwise keep paying a vendor for.

No long-term lock-in

Monthly blocks of hours. Pause or stop when you do not need them. Not a retained-agency retainer — leftover vendor work, on founders, month to month.

CodaCare FAQ

Straight answers.

Hours, scope, and how we start.

Do you offer a free working beta on our real data?

Yes. Under NDA, we build a working beta on your actual data with a contained scope agreed upfront — free. If it proves the value, a contract takes it to production. If it doesn't, you spent nothing. We take on a small number of betas at a time; when we're at capacity, we're at capacity.

Who is Codality for?

Small and mid-size businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, glue tools, and off-the-shelf software that doesn't fit how they operate. Teams that need custom software and AI that ships — not another platform they have to bend around.

What is CodaCare?

CodaCare is monthly blocks of senior engineering hours for SMB operations — integrations, automation, small features, and AI pilots on real data. No long-term lock-in. After a project, it is the monthly lane that takes leftover work off a vendor you already pay. Full product builds are scoped as projects, not CodaCare.

Who actually does the work?

Founders and senior engineers. You're not handed off to a bench or a junior factory floor. The people in the first conversation stay close to the people writing the code.

How does an engagement start — what does a first conversation look like?

A first conversation is a working discussion of your constraints, systems, and what done looks like — not a pitch deck. From there we may propose a free beta under NDA, a CodaCare block, or a scoped project, depending on fit and capacity.
