This is how we actually handle information you share with us. Plain language from the people who run the company, not a policy copied from a law firm.

Who we are
This site is operated by Codality LLC. We work from Beaverton, Oregon and Phoenix, Arizona.

What the contact form collects
If you write to us through the contact form, we receive the name, email, company, and message you submit. We use that to reply and to decide whether we can help. We do not sell those submissions.
Calendar bookings
If you book time with Jessie, that scheduling runs through Google Calendar. Google handles that booking under its own terms. We use the time and contact details from the booking so we can show up to the conversation.
Analytics
This site does not currently load a third-party analytics or advertising pixel. Our host may keep ordinary request logs so the site stays up. If we add a tracker later, we will say so here.
Free beta work
A free beta may use a copy of your data or metadata under an NDA. We use that copy to build the beta. We do not sell it. When the work ends, we handle that copy as the NDA and our agreement with you say.
What we are not claiming
We are not advertising SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar certifications for Codality itself. If a project needs a specific control, we talk about that project by project.
