When I stepped away from my one-woman consultancy in 2021, it was with the aim of expanding my professional circle — to find the kind of brilliant, grounded developers who thrive on complex systems, strange edge cases, and too many moving parts... just like me. At Trajan, I finally found that.

My team — and my architects Amit Kulkarni and Ryan McCloskey in particular — are hands down the most talented group I’ve ever worked with. What they built before I arrived was impressive enough. What we’ve built together still drops my jaw.

We engineered a dynamic onboarding system that auto-generates hundreds of pages of custodial forms via Quik — with no advisor rekeying — and ties into a funding engine that reconciles advisor intent with transaction reality. We gave the customer service team point-and-click control over a complex case management UI that safely escrows client data changes until the required documents are signed. We even wrapped client data in a secure, external GraphQL API for mobile and portal use. This is the kind of work I specialize in — high-stakes, high-complexity, bespoke solutions.

My Salesforce consulting journey began nearly 20 years ago on a leap of faith — that my ability to bridge business needs with innovative solutions was enough to build a company. And it was for 13 years, without loans, investors, or would-be partners who insisted I needed them. I never outsourced development to an anonymous horde of developers, because who writes it matters.
