From bespoke builds to packaged niche solutions: Codality in 2026
The solution that made me realize I wasn't inheriting a nightmare Salesforce codebase, as I'd feared...
My now cofounders Ryan McCloskey and Amit Kulkarni built a Quik! document generation solution that achieved 100% form population โ for households with forms in the hundreds of pages, bundled within Docusign's envelope limits by signer. It included a Setup UI that allowed non-technical users to map forms to the Salesforce data model and define rules for when forms should be included for clients.
Elegant. Configurable. Exactly the type of solution I'd built my reputation delivering.
That same approach extrapolates to packaged solutions for organizations with similar requirements and challenges. Since we three Codality founders all have full-stack development experience and have worked with a handful of CRMs (#Salesforce, #Hubspot, #SugarCRM, #Creatio...), we're plotting bigger than the Salesforce-specific solutions we've been focused on recently.
2026 is the year Codality scales up ๐ from client-specific bespoke solutions to packaged niche solutions.
The next logical step from that dynamic, configurable Quik! Salesforce solution? A platform-agnostic Quik form service with connectors to multiple CRMs, OData, and more.
Our experience implementing a GraphQL API ๐ for a wealth management mobile app that connected to Salesforce (now migrating to Creatio), Snowflake, WordPress blogs, and custodial bank APIs? Using that experience to build a service that allows you to declaratively build a GraphQL API for any CRM, with an airtight means of restricting data permissions per user (peep ๐ that, agent builders).
And I suspect our AI agentic ๐ค solutions will travel that same path. Our experience shows us common patterns that we know there's a market for and that we're well-suited to build as extendible, scalable solutions. I'm so looking forward to building with strategy and purpose this year โจ.
Need to make your CRM do something it's not designed to do OOTB? Or not configurable to your needs? Our ethos is to design solutions that empower you to extend and refine them. Let's talk about how Codality can give you a competitive edge without becoming hostage to a consultancy for every tweak you ever need.
