Bootstrapped, anxious, and charging forward anyway

Confession: I’m anxious about getting client projects lined up for Codality. Bootstrapped life means no investor cushion, just us and our ability to deliver. Not my first time at this rodeo, but it’s still nerve-wracking jumping back in after being out of the limelight for a few years in an economy where companies are tightening belts.
Why do I keep charging forward regardless? Because I know we excel here, and I’ve seen how our services save companies money by streamlining operations and development. It’s the same playbook that helped me build up Platy IT during the last recession. Financial-services and nonprofit Salesforce solutions that smooth out processes and automate what can be automated. Solutions clients can configure without calling us every month. Middleware that seamlessly integrates Salesforce into the rest of a client’s system instead of duct-taping it on the side.
If you know someone who needs:
💼 Custom Salesforce solutions for financial services, insurance, or nonprofits
🏗️ Architects who thoughtfully consider requirements before writing code
🔧 Architectural support that increases development teams’ velocity
I’d very much appreciate an intro.
Not asking for charity, just connections to people who’ll benefit from our services. 🙏🏻

Jessie Grenfell
Jessie has spent 20+ years architecting and delivering software for organizations where complexity is the norm — financial services, insurance, nonprofits, and regulated industries where getting it wrong isn't an option. She specializes in the hard problems: unique operational workflows, cross-system integrations, and the kind of compliance requirements (HIPAA, CCPA, SOC 2) that most developers treat as someone else's job.
At Codality, she leads every principal engagement from discovery through delivery — because she's seen what happens when that thread gets cut.
