Nonprofits pooling for shared Salesforce builds: a model worth formalizing
A few of my nonprofit Salesforce solutions were for multiple organizations with overlapping missions who pooled to have me build core functionality. They all took the same unpackaged, exclusively licensed solution and either worked with me to make it bespoke to their org or ran with it on their own.
Community service orgs for immigrants, environmental sustainability certification bodies, social welfare advocacy groups. For example.
I'm going to make this an explicit and facilitated model for Codality.

Jessie Grenfell
Jessie has spent 20+ years architecting and delivering software for organizations where complexity is the norm — financial services, insurance, nonprofits, and regulated industries where getting it wrong isn't an option. She specializes in the hard problems: unique operational workflows, cross-system integrations, and the kind of compliance requirements (HIPAA, CCPA, SOC 2) that most developers treat as someone else's job.
At Codality, she leads every principal engagement from discovery through delivery — because she's seen what happens when that thread gets cut.
